Remember university biology?  We’ve had to!

Here’s a Petri dish with agar we made ourselves growing one strain of mycelium…  This work needs to be done in an aseptic environment. We use a laminar flow hood to remove spores in the air and ensure ourselves, clothes, hair are very clean!  Often you’ll find Meghan, after working outside during the day, have a shower and put on her PJ’s!  All clean!
