We’ve had great success with fruiting yellow (or golden) oyster mushrooms in our greenhouse.  This is about our 10th beautiful cluster!  Each are around 150g to 200g.  (Pleurotus citrinoplieatus)

We are struggling with fungus gnats though. They look a bit like mosquitoes and lay their eggs in the growing mushrooms.  We then see their larvae when we go to cook the mushrooms.

We’ve just been eating the larvae (they also get cooked!) but this is a problem if someone wanted to sell the mushrooms.  Attempting to get creative…
