Pan Fried Phoenix Oyster Mushrooms
When you want the mushrooms straight up, this is the way to go!
Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp Butter Use organic, unsalted butter
- 1 Lb Phoenix Oyster Mushrooms
- Spice Add your favourite spice mix!
Instructions
- Remove any debris from the mushrooms after harvest.
- Place butter in the bottom of a frying pan. Slice and place mushrooms in frying pan and cook over medium heat. A cast iron pan works well.
- Cook mushrooms well. The will reduce significantly in size. Serve hot!
