Title:

Integrated Forest Gardening

Author:

Wayne Weiseman, Daniel Halsey, and Bryce Ruddock

Review:

This book has some great ideas for:

  • Food forests
  • Plant guilds

Notes:

This is a great book for learning details about food forests. There are some references to fungi, but not enough to warrant buying this book for that purpose. Most of the suggested plants are for warmer regions but they do have one sample guild that is zone 2b (it’s plant list is short!) This is a good reference if you are working on food forests, especially in USDA zones 4+.
